Michael Schulson is the founder and chairman of Lunan Corporation. Mr. Schulson graduated from Drake University in 1961 with a degree in Business Administration and from 1963 to 1967, was the sole owner and president of Schulson and Company, a real estate company specializing in real estate syndication and the management and development of commercial properties. As a licensed real estate broker in Illinois, Mr. Schulson had the opportunity and vision to maximize his real estate expertise with great success in the then relatively new fast food franchise world. Mr. Schulson served as an active board member of the Arby's Franchise Association for five years, two of which he served as chairman. In addition, Mr. Schulson served as director of ARCOP (Arby's Purchasing Group) which is responsible for Arby's nationwide marketing and advertising efforts, the marshalling of the purchasing power of all Arby's licensees and company-owned stores into one organization. He also served as director of Arby's Licensee Trust, striving for the resolution of common disputes of Arby's licensees with Arby's, LLC.
President & CEO
Mr. Schulson is President, CEO, and a Director of Lunan Corporation. Mr. Schulson is also the founder and CEO of Burrito Beach LLC and B-SMOOTH LLC. Prior to becoming President and CEO, Mr. Schulson served as Vice President- Corporate Development for Lunan. Prior to joining Lunan, Mr. Schulson worked in management for Levy Restaurants at Bistro 110, based in Chicago. Mr. Schulson holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago -Graduate School of Business (BOOTH) and a B.S. from Cornell University - School of Hotel Administration.

Mr. Schulson is also a member of the Cornell Hotel Society, The Economic Club of Chicago, and Young
Vice President of Operations
Mr. Casey graduated from Roosevelt University in 1967 with a degree in
business administration and joined Lunan Corporation in 1975 as
Controller. Mr. Casey has 30 years of experience in the area of finance and
operations management, having been group controller of a major scientific
instruments company prior to joining Lunan. A C.P.A., Mr. Casey is presently
vice president of operations of Lunan Corporation and has held this position since 1983.
Mr. Ganek graduated from the University of Illinois in 1977 with a B.S. in Accounting. Mr. Ganek worked for Alexander Grant & Co. - Certified Public Accountants as a staff auditor before moving to Ostrow Reisin Berk & Abrams, Ltd. Certified Public Accountants as senior auditor with full responsibilities for complete audit assignments. He joined Lunan Corporation in 1980 as chief accountant and was promoted to controller in 1983. Presently, Mr. Ganek is responsible for the administration and supervision of all of Lunan's financial reporting requirements and controls.
Ms. Broline graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana in 1973 with a B.A. in English & Communications. Ms. Broline worked at Ruben, Montgomery & Associates Advertising & Public Relations as an account executive until 1977, when she joined Burger Chef Systems, Inc. as a field marketing manager. Ms. Broline joined Lunan Corporation as Marketing Director in 1981 and was later promoted to Vice President. Ms. Broline is responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of Lunan's marketing plan for Arby's®.
